A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward the final service total. Completed services are non-refundable. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and may not be accepted for future bookings. Late cancellations and no-shows leave appointment gaps that are difficult to fill on short notice. I reserve the right to refuse service if nails appear unhealthy or show signs of infection, fungus, open wounds, or any condition that may affect the safety or quality of the service. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact Nails by Hailee within 48 hours of your appointment. Complimentary adjustments may be offered at my discretion.
